WOW~ What an awesome and amazing time we've been having during Bible Study! We've been talking about DE-OXY-RI-BO-NUCLEIC ACID better known as DNA (yes in Bible Study).
If that sounds strange and foreign to you, consider the fact that DNA acid is a molecule the scrambles (to prevent cloning) the genetic instructions used in the development and functioning of all known living organisms (including you). DNA is precoded with vast amounts of information that gives the body specific instructions as to things like- your hair and eye color; your height, your weight, your likes and dislikes. It is considered to be the main building block of the entire body because it's what makes you~ YOU.
It may surprise you also to know that just as we have natural DNA inside of us, we also have what's called Spiritual DNA (the Bible declares: as it is in the natural so shall it be in the spirit) and spiritual DNA is that inner voice (we call it our conscious), the voice of God the Holy Spirit, which speaks to our spirit-man with instructions concerning God's Will for our lives. And when we hear and follow those instructions, we tend to navigate our way through live with reasonable success but when we go against this voice, that's when trouble seems to get the best of us. This is precisely what happened with our fore parents Adam and Eve- as long as they followed the voice of God, their way was made but when they rebelled against His voice, they fell.
Satan's desire is to get us into a rhythm of rebellion because he knows that if we will repeat this rhythm long enough, then it will soon become a way of life (life style) for us that can not be easily broken. And if that life style doesn't change, then it potentially/eventually gets passed down to the next generation thereby creating what's known as a Generational Curse (the diabolical manipulation of spiritual DNA by demonic powers over a span of many generations). We must not allow the forces of darkness to manipulate or dictate our present and certainly not our future but we must take a stand against repetitive negative behavior. And the only way that you can take a stand is, you must be able to understand how Generational Curses operate within our lives.
Why not join in with us on Wednesdaynights @ 7PM as we learn how Generational Curses work and more importantly, how to identify and break them from within our own family/bloodline.
QUOTE OF THE DAY:
Great wealth (alone) does not make one great but great wealth without great humility makes one a great fool!
When asked of His Disciples who would be the greatest in the Kingdom, Jesus replied, "Except you be converted and humble yourself as a little child, you cannot enter into the Kingdom of Heaven." "Whosoever humbles himself a little child, the same is the greatest in the Kingdom."
My Dear Inner Faith Family:
What a joy and privilege it is for me to know that God has entrusted such a jewel unto me. I cease not to thank Him daily for the faith and the following of His beloved people. As we reposition ourselves for this new season of challenge and outpour, my desire (as is God's), is for you to pursue and apprehend all that God has released concerning you. That is why I have enclosed these final steps of today's lesson entitled "Money and Me" in hopes that you may learn and apply them in the area of your finances.
Once again, I am eternally convinced that He who has began a good work in us, is able to perform it until the day of redemption.
10 PRACTICAL PRINCIPLES REGARDING MONEY AND IT’S MANAGEMENT
1. Biblical money management recognizes that money is not just spending power but it represents life.
2. Biblical money management is not about getting more money from God to spend but it’s about managing the money we already have.
3. Biblical money management is putting God first, necessities second and pleasures last.
4. Biblical money management necessitates that we identify and separate our needs from our wants.
5. Biblical money management is living within our means; just because we have enough money to buy it, does not mean that we should.
6. Biblical money management teaches us that we cannot prosper in the future by foolishly spending money today, ignoring yesterday’s lessons.
7. Biblical money management teaches us to find our happiness, satisfaction and contentment in God, not in the things we (can’t) buy.
8. Biblical money management teaches that giving (to God/others) is an essential ingredient to receiving from God.
9. Biblical money management teaches us that small victories in money matters can lead to a prosperous life.
10. Biblical money management leads to financial and spiritual victory.
BONUS: Biblical money management not only makes us money magnets but also, it makes us blessing distributors.
To our Beloved Inner-Faith Fellowship Family & Friends:
What a joy and privilege it is to serve as your Spiritual leaders. God has so graciously granted us the blessing of seeing the close of another year (which was a year of Divine Alignment), and the dawning of a new year that promises to be one of "Release and Opportunity."
As we look back, we know that there is no doubt that God's Sovereign hand was the leading and guiding force that brought us to this appointed time. If our past is any indication of our future, we can expect a mighty release of his great and glorious power in our lives as we worship, serve, and reach out to the lost.
We look forward to working and walking together as we embrace the assignment that God has placed before us.
Yours in Christ,
Pastor & Co-Pastor Toney
